Well, I'm sure like most other people, the journey from decision to purchasing my first

Just went from I want to buy an apartment to I bought an apartment, which that's completely

false.

I spent a year and a half spinning my wheels and chasing every shiny object possible.

This is Josh Ferrari, host of the Creative Capital Podcast and today we're bringing

another special guest by the name of Mac Benson, you guys may or may not know who he is.

He's up in the St. Paul, Midianapolis area and he closed his very first ever deal, right?

First ever multifamily deal that he closed was a new build, was seller financed as I'm

sure you've seen by the title, was 1031 exchanged and was probably a couple of other things

that I'm not even remembering that we discussed in today's show.

There were so many massive pieces to the puzzle of closing this deal that was JV that was

and so he learned so much getting into this deal and I think another big takeaway that

you should probably get from today's episode if you get nothing else is that it took Mac two

and a half to three years to close his first deal.
