This is your host, Henry, and I hope everybody is doing well this morning,

afternoon or evening whenever you listen to this, and, you know,

that you have a few minutes set aside to get your mind, you know, where you

want it to be, align on your goals, and really just continue to grow.

You know, as we continue to grow together, I think we'll see just so much more expansion

in our lives and, you know, happiness and abundance and fulfillment, you know, from this small group here

that's listening to the podcast. But hopefully even more so, you know, you're able to create

the infection of happiness and all that amongst your circle. Because that's kind of the goal

here, right? It's to just expand and increase your circle because that's kind of the goal here right it's to to just expand

and increase your circle of influence be that driver that helps everybody and and leads them

to achieve what it is that they want to do so got kind of a continuation of yesterday's message

where i talked about um your your character and things like that

and what you know what people thought of how you conduct yourself so you know you had like

your idea of how you conduct yourself and then what people thought of that and so I went and

asked a few people and So I'm interested to share

the feedback from that. And then if you did it, you know, reflect on how that went for yourself.

And then just a new message for today. So we're going to go ahead and take that deep breath,

kind of center ourselves. And, you know, if this is the only time to take a deep breath in the day I appreciate you taking it with me

but you know make sure you're taking uh like every hour or something just a nice deep breath to kind of

slow down uh re-reline refocus and then continue throughout your day so let's go ahead and just take
