conversation I've been in with my coach since October of last year. And probably like you,

like me, I'm constantly asking myself,

is there things that I can add? Or at this point, is it about pruning? Is it about cutting?

And I would challenge you, we're two months into the year. If you're not on track for your goals,

do you need to add something new? Add something to your mindset, add something to your work schedule,

add something to your marketing, do you need to add something, or maybe just maybe, it's time for you to make some cuts.

It's a funny thing when I walk into my wife's closet and I'll say to her, hey honey, we're

going out to a function and she'll say, I have nothing to wear.

And what's remarkable is every holiday, we remove 25 or 30% of her wardrobe and suddenly

she sees everything. It's more clear, but more importantly, because she now has room, there's capacity for

to add more.

If you're finding yourself just bogged down by the minutia of your business, maybe it's

time for you to cut out some of the things that are just getting in the way.

And if you think, I just need something new because new sometimes gives us inspiration, like we become imbued with the spirit to act, then add something new.
