| 1:02.0 | And you're making busy plans for yourself and your life. |
| 1:06.0 | So you want to be anchored in the truth. |
| 1:10.0 | In today's episode you're going to be guided focusing on your inner truth. |
| 1:17.0 | And you'll have the option to focus on your fifth chakra which is located right at your throat. |
| 1:25.0 | Chakras are simply areas within your body where you hold energy or emotions from your experiences and your memories. |
| 1:36.0 | Your fifth chakra has to do with your truth, your voice, how others perceive you, the words you use, the quality of your voice. |
| 1:49.0 | All this is impacted by your emotional experiences and the way to tame uncertainty is by listening to and opening up to your truth. |
| 2:05.0 | The truth can change when life around you changes. |
| 2:10.0 | Sometimes when you land in a situation such as a global pandemic that was unexpected and so beyond your control, |
| 2:25.0 | you can try to be living the same way you lived before this pandemic. |
| 2:33.0 | Yet so much of life has changed. |
| 2:36.0 | And so this requires an opportunity for you to adapt to a new truth. |
| 2:45.0 | This is a new aspect of your life we've been living through a pandemic for a year. |
| 2:52.0 | But sometimes it can take that long to realize that old ways of doing things no longer serve us. |
