My name is Henry, and in this episode, we're going to talk about what positive growth actually looks like.

So in the past few episodes, I've been talking about manifestation and achieving things

that you want and attracting things that you want and becoming the person that you want to

be.

But today, I'm going to share a little bit of information.

I've hinted at it a little bit on changes, on opportunities that have want to be. But today, I'm going to share a little bit of information. I've hinted at it

a little bit on changes, on opportunities that have happened for me recently because of my focus on

becoming the person I want to be and then living in expansion, meaning I am expanding the type of person

that I want to be, the type of impact I want to make. And I think it's going to be really beneficial for you if you want to do the same thing. If you want growth, if you want to change your environment, if you want to attract different things, then this is going to be really valuable for you because it starts with becoming what it is that you want to be. And I'm not all the way there. I have a lot of work to do, but the things that are coming into my life are going to allow me to do that in the right way. So I don't have to sacrifice who I am, and I can actually expand who I am and hopefully be that rising tide that lifts all ships. But before we get started, we're going to take a few moments to slow down, zero in, really take a deep meditative breath together. So what we're

going to do is pick a word and you can pick any word that resonates with the frequency that you

want to be in. So if you want love, joy, happiness, whatever word it is that you want, pick that.

And as we're taking a deep breath in, you're going to say that word over and over and over,

really build that frequency inside you. And then as you're going to say that word over and over and over, really build

that frequency inside you. And then as you're holding your breath, view yourself doing something

in that frequency so that you can really experience it. And then as you exhale, anything that

no longer resonates with you will leave you and you'll be in a more positive state. So let's go

ahead and take a deep breath in. And out. All right. We're going to take one more deep breath. This time I want you to relax, really get into a comfortable position for you to be able to receive
