chakras, but you are familiar with your emotions and your life experiences.

The ancient Yogis, over 5,000 years ago, considered that there must be somewhere in your

emotions just as we have a physical body with bones and muscles and tendons to support our body and

hold it up and to protect our major organs which perform vital functions for our body.

It made sense to the Yogis that there must be some place where emotions are harbored. And so they created a system called the chakras. Chakra in the ancient

Indian Sanskrit means simply wheel.

Just as we experience emotions,
