Now, my first question for you is kind of a broad one, but what can make our environment

stressful for us? Oh, so many things can make her environment stressful, especially nowadays,

homeschooling your children, like just looking at social media people losing their jobs children not listening

that's a big one like finances too many people being around not enough people being around

like at this time people are not spending a lot of time with other people or they're spending too much

time with the wrong people just kidding with our families now what are some of the effects that

this stressful environment can have on our body and on our lives well when we are like feeling

stress it often it actually manifests in our body in a physical way.

Like people can end up with like tension, irritated like stomachs.

Like I think that when we experience outward stress, we manifested in our bodies a little bit more than we think we do. And we can have

all kinds of different things. We could have irritable mood. We can have lack of energy. Sleep is not the best
