| 0:14.5 | place that you want to be, and how you can recognize your surroundings and how they're affecting |

| 0:22.7 | But before we get started, we're going to take a few moments to slow down, zero in, really enjoy |
| 0:27.2 | this time together. We're going to take some deep healing breaths. And what we're going to do is we're |
| 0:31.6 | going to pick a word that aligns with the frequency that we want in our life. So you can think of |
| 0:36.6 | love, happiness, joy, abundance, |
| 0:39.8 | forgiveness, positivity, whatever frequency you want in your life. And as you're taking a deep breath in, |
| 0:44.8 | you'll say that word over and over and over again, really building that frequency within your |
| 0:49.7 | mind. And then as you're holding your breath, you're going to visualize yourself doing something |
| 0:53.6 | in that frequency. And then once you exhale, anything breath, you're going to visualize yourself doing something in that frequency. |
| 0:54.9 | And then once you exhale, |
| 0:56.2 | anything that no longer resonates with you will leave you |
| 0:58.5 | and you'll be in a more positive state. |
| 1:00.8 | So let's go ahead and take a deep breath in. |
| 1:12.6 | And now... And out. All right, well, we're going to take one more deep healing breath. |
| 1:18.6 | This one is all going to be about being in alignment, allowing yourself to receive whatever message it is that you need to receive. |
| 1:25.6 | So that way, can carry it with you |
| 1:28.0 | throughout the day and be your most positive self. So let's go ahead and take another deep breath in. |
