Hi, I'm Dave.

I've been walking for fitness since 2013, averaging about 21,000

steps a day. I'm walking right now, and I would love to have you join me for the next 10 minutes.

It is one of those magical mornings here in South Carolina. The temperature is mild. The sky is clear and there's

ground fog. So it's got this wonderful, mystical feel as I'm walking. Hope the weather where

Recently, Ava and I watched three of our grandchildren. It was an overnighter so their parents could go away to celebrate their anniversary.

And I'm going to see if I can remember their ages. Judah turns seven on Christmas Day. Josephine, we call

her Joey, is four and a half, and Samson, as we were watching them, was just about to turn

three. And I had forgotten, yeah, I had forgotten how intense it is to be with three little

children all day long. Now, of course, we lived that for quite a few years. We had six.

At one point, we had five, ages seven, and younger.

So, I mean, that was our life.

But I was also much younger than I am now.

And so being with Judah, Joey, and Samson was a pretty good reminder of what that season of life was like for us years ago.

Walking with young children is great.

We went on several walks while we were there, and each time I said, hey, y'all want to go for a walk,

the kids were like, yep, yep, yep, yep, yep.
