In the United States, today is the day after Thanksgiving, often referred to as Black Friday.

It is the unofficial kickoff to the Christmas holiday season.

Having said that, the kickoff to the Christmas holiday season keeps getting earlier and earlier and earlier

went into Lowe's in September and they were already setting up the Christmas trees and the decorations

that they would be selling and I don't know why but it surprised me.

Walking into stores today of course I would not be the least bit surprised to see all of the Christmas decorations fully set up.

Christmas shopping, Christmas music, the whole Christmas thing is in full swing for just about everybody starting today.

People have been setting up their Christmas decorations long before today.

You've probably seen some in your neighborhood where you live.

But this is when it really starts to crank up.

And this is when walking becomes even more fun.

If you enjoy Christmas decorations, if you don't, well,

then maybe this isn't the most wonderful time of the year.

But I love walking this time of year and enjoying the Christmas decorations.

Best time is for me to walk at night when things are lit up.

If it's just me out for a walk, I'll throw the headphones on and the Christmas, the classic

Christmas channel on Sirius XM, so I've got the Christmas music and I'm looking
