I encourage you to remember everything you have right now in your life, cherish that, and feel grateful. how you feel what are you doing to put yourself in a great state and I know as I say that there might be one of you watching that's like Tom you don't understand all the trouble and all the hardship and everything I've gone through this year I've got empathy for you I feel

you and I want to remind you that feeling bad only produces more bad trying to feel

good every day whether it's taking a walk going outside putting a smile on your face getting that little dope feel good

day, it's taking a walk, going outside, putting a smile on your face,

giving that little dopamine rush of learning something new,

a new synapse, having a conversation with somebody,

writing down the things that you're grateful for,

I don't know, working out, doing anything you can because how you feel

on the inside radiates to the people around you. And very quickly you could put people into

an electrified state, a fired up state, a gratitude state, a state of emotional bliss.

Or you can actually bring people depression and hardship and bad energy.

And what I want you to get is, it's your choice. You got to be responsible.

We've all watched tragedy and I've seen people in situations and in circumstances as

have you whether it was in person or on

television or you read about it, that have gone through horrific experiences and

somehow they've got a smile on their face. What do they know that we don't? I think they understand that

how they feel here impacts not just themselves but everybody else around them.

So I wish you happiness in a time when many are struggling joy and a time when too many people

are fixated on stuff that is horrible and happiness happiness.
