Regulate your emotional state when your mind is distracted.
This week you're guided with daily insight and meditation techniques to release distracting thoughts. | 1:46.3 | It works in a similar way as yoga or acupressure, so they're fun to try. |
| 1:53.7 | It makes your meditation ritual a little more dynamic. |
| 1:56.9 | So I'll guide you through the Kali mudra that you will be doing today if you so desire. |
| 2:05.4 | Now you don't have to do the mudra, it's just a fun way to enhance your meditation. |
