Manage your most difficult distractions.

This week you're guided with daily insight and meditation techniques to release distracting thoughts. we often think we're distracted because of our devices or scrolling through social media text messages

or phone calls but research shows that the real problem isn't the chaotic environment we may be in

but rather calming your restless thoughts and distractions have more to do with the chaos in your mind.

Research shows that we spend around 47% of every waking hour mind wandering. So when you're thinking

about the times when your mind wanders and that is your challenge this week. Every week we explore

notice when your mind wanders and what causes it to wander by giving yourself a worry rest.
