0:10.0	For me, I think of a guy named Mike Vance, a meeting I had back in the late 90s.
0:15.0	Mike was the first dean of the Duesney University.
0:18.0	He basically was in charge of ideas and people development for Walt Disney during Walt's time.
0:23.0	He mentored and worked with Steve Jobs.
0:25.0	He worked with Jack Welch.
0:26.0	He was friends with Mother Theresa.
0:28.0	His depth and perspective of the way he saw the world was extraordinary.
0:31.0	Walt Disney called him the most creative man he had ever
0:34.7	been with and I had an opportunity to spend several hours with him in Miami while I was in a
0:39.5	crossroad looking for some leadership, looking for some guidance.
0:43.0	And I remember as clear as day, sitting down with them,
0:46.0	thinking, I'm about to spend this time with this person that's done so much,
0:50.0	impacted so much, with so many people.
