| 0:22.4 | So you might be managing the crisis fatigue of the coronavirus. |
| 0:28.0 | On top of some other crises in your life, this is a week to heal. |
| 0:35.2 | It's a week to set boundaries for yourself so that you can allow yourself to heal. |
| 0:41.6 | In fact, your challenge this week is to take part in a healthy boundary quest. |
| 0:50.4 | And what does that mean? |
| 0:53.2 | Setting healthy boundaries means knowing what you need in your life and how to support yourself. |
| 1:02.8 | So as you go through this week's series, you're discovering what you need in order to heal through a crisis |
| 1:10.8 | and you're encouraged to take small steps. |
| 1:15.2 | Think about the part of your life where you most need healing and to begin the process of establishing the support you need for yourself |
| 1:29.6 | and creating boundaries so that you make sure you get that support. |
| 1:37.2 | And sometimes your boundary doesn't have to be a permanent boundary. |
| 1:41.2 | For example, if you're having difficulty with maybe a very toxic person in your life, |
| 1:50.0 | you might want to create a boundary while you're healing in some area of your life where you don't spend too much time with this person. |
| 2:00.0 | And then when you feel stronger, you're able to feel more grounded and stronger within yourself when you see this person. |
| 2:09.2 | So they don't impact you so much. |
| 2:12.0 | You're likely feeling pretty vulnerable if you're experiencing a crisis. |
| 2:18.0 | So guard your healing journey. |
| 2:22.0 | In today's episode, you're going to be guided in a meditation to release the tension, the fear, the doubt. |
