Texas legend Crayton Carrozza hops on the podcast today for a highly impactful and entertaining episode.
Crayton is a senior at the University of Texas, where he has won an NCAA Championship (in the DMR), is the back-to-back BIG 12 indoor champion in the 800m, and holds the school record in the 800m and mile with a times of 1:46.28, and 3:56.79. Prior to his years in the NCAA, Crayton was consistently one of the top runners in his home state of Texas. Crayton is currently in pursuit of making history on the outdoor track this spring.
In this conversation, Crayton recaps his past year of crazy races, including his NCAA championship, Penn Relays win, NCAA indoor 800m race, and more. He also takes us through his upbringing in the sport, ambitions for the future, family competitiveness, and crazy texas workouts.
