I went from being unable to run a mile to conquering four marathons the following year.

Now, I want to help others manufacture big breakthroughs of their own.

I think an authentic life is being vulnerable, being honest, being open.

Just throwing it all out there.

Because, you know, at that point there's no more shame.

It's all like you're playing with house money at that point.

And for me, that's kind of a deal that I made with God on July 2nd, 2008, when I begged him to take me out of hell. And if he did, I would spend one day

at a time taking others out with me. And I think whether it's business, personal life, drug addiction,

alcoholism, I think people need to be more vulnerable and open about their stories and their

trials and tribulations in order to help other people because especially in the mental health movement, there's

so much shame and there's such a big stigma that I want people to say that, hey, I was

on top of the mountain top.

In the last two years of my life, I wanted to kill myself every single day.

I was miserable.

The money of the variety of biggest celebrities in the world.

And it doesn't matter.

You know, real authenticity comes from, you know, inside and finding inner peace and self-loved and doing the work.
