elegant and beautiful and delicious and just feels like a real experience because I feel like sometimes that can be

missing from our culture it's going more plant-based but the idea of having something

Yeah I felt like that was something that there was a void in the market many years ago I thought

for you know plant-based restaurants that are not seen as a fringe type of business

but that can compete with non-plant-based restaurants you know and we're on Abbot Kinney
