Here we go. Oh, This cast is interesting to me because I know you probably don't think about it as much I do because some of this is natural to you but for somebody who's come out of an IT organization out of an engineering organization I hear all the

kind of know, right in engineers and IT folks on that they kind of know

that they need to play politics

but there it's disdainful to them number one and number two they don't know

how to translate that into activity of actions right action yeah well you know

it's funny you mentioned play politics. I always laugh when people say that.

And when people think I'm weird because all I think about is management and clients and

individual managers, I really have no life. But people think I'm weird because they start saying well I

don't want to play politics I don't want to be my response is you're right you don't

want to play politics because everybody above you they're not playing they're working yes for real and it's it's not sport it's serious stuff and if you

go into that and you play you're gonna get your head handed to you exactly so I wanted to mention that and that's not part of the show notes, it's not part of our

planned delivery today, but it's important.
