1:11.2	mighty episode for you. I'm 39, I hope mighty episode for you. I'm 39, I'm about to be 40, and I've been
1:16.9	reflecting on when I was 29 about to be 30. And one of the things I wanted to do
1:22.2	before I turn 30 was I wanted to go skydiving.
1:26.0	Now deciding to do something like skydiving is a really interesting experiment.
1:31.0	Because when I started telling people in my world, oh, I'm going to go sky diving.
1:36.0	Either people are very excited or they're terrified for you.
1:42.0	So I think there's a lot here in terms of a lesson in
1:45.0	sensation and emotion. What I notice with highly sensitive people is often we are waiting for courage.
1:55.8	We're waiting to feel a sense of bravery
2:00.1	before we act.
2:02.3	And the lesson that I took from this experiment of going sky diving
2:07.3	was that I was terrified the whole time. People would say,
2:12.1	wow you're so brave, I can't believe you're going to do that.
