Hey everybody, it's Chris and today I have two guests.

Bob and Fran German, an aspiring couple who are both in their 80s

and they have both overcome life-threatening diseases,

kidney cancer and myasthenogravis.

And they did that switching to a whole food plant-based diet 15

years ago and according to them there's no question that this diet helped them

heal their bodies and it's no surprise to me and so I'm excited to have them on

and share their stories so you can understand that you're never, it's never too late.

It's never too late to change your life, to change your diet, and to help your body heal.

So we have followed you for a number of years and your story is fantastic and it gives hope to people

and really that's what we're about and it doesn't matter what age you are we started we made this

switch when our lives were threatened in our mid-60s so now it's's over 15 years later. And actually, we feel better than ever
