Hey there, this is Michael Kaju and today I want to share with you a question that changed my life. If you're into personal development or growth or you just

want to be happier, have better relationships and be more successful in general, then

this is for you as well.

About two years ago, I was planning to do a vision

and goals exercise, kind of like a New Year's resolution thing,

but I did it in September because why not?

And I was journaling the day before, and something came up for me.

I just felt this sudden, something came up where this question came into my mind and I felt like I had

to answer it after I did my vision and

that question was where are you not taking responsibility in your life?

And so I wrote that down in my journal and for some reason I just felt like I have to answer this question.

And so that I go through this whole vision and goals exercise, I'm feeling really inspired,

and then I sit down with the question.

And at first, I just sit there

and I'm thinking about every different area of my life.

And at the time, I felt like everything
