Summary
WHATTTTTT????? Woah! 100 episodes You Need Therapy! Today is a day to celebrate and also a day to express so much gratitude. As of today, we have produced 100 episodes of content to help generate shifts, growth, and change within our communities. To ring in the big day, Kat (@kat.defatta), decided to take it ALLL the way back to episode one by having her very first guest on, Kelly Fox. Kelly is one of Kat's best and oldest friends... and it is easy to see why when you get a taste of her energy and spirit. In this episode you will hear how the podcast has helped Kelly in her own life and Kat helps Kelly come to a deeper understanding of her own behavior in her current relationships. THANK YOU for being in this with us. Cheers to 100!

But my thought was like nobody would listen to it. I thought like some of my friends would listen to it and some of my clients. And it's grown way bigger than that. And I was thinking I would do like a couple episodes a year. I didn't think I was going to do two every single week. So I do want to talk about just that process of like you were literally the first episode. So you were in it in the beginning. And I want to talk about that episode and what we talked about. But I also want to talk about like what were your thoughts? Because I was like, hey, you're in town. Kelly lives |

And you were like, sure. So yeah, I guess my question for you would be like, what was it like? I guess it was just like was just like yeah sure like not thinking much of it |
| 2:52.1 | thinking it would just be like a little thing that your friend does right I mean I really did |
| 2:56.9 | think that it was going to be successful and like I don't really know well like how to translate |
