At long last, we've been talking to each other.

It's just frantic and frustrated and stressed but also

enjoying a nice casual Friday afternoon together it's so good to have you back it's been forever

since we've been able to break down races and talk shop about the sport how are you this happy

friday afternoon i mean i'm good. It looks like

we might get rain here in Seattle. It's kind of overcast. It feels like fall. I'm drinking tea

right now. It's a pretty nice Friday. I know. I'm like wearing a fleece. I was drinking warm

beverages also. And yeah, the gray has returned to the Pacific Northwest, at least in the short term.

Summer is just too, too short, but beggars can't be choosers.

And of course, we were just complaining about how hot it was recently.

Of course, to our viewing audience, we're going to be

breaking down some awesome races that are happening this weekend, both in Colorado, two very

interesting, but also very different races. The 100-mile are happening at Run Rabbit Run in

Steamboat Springs, which actually started about an hour ago there in the mountain time zone.

And then also we're going to be talking about the Pike's Peak Ascent, which is happening

in Colorado Springs, Colorado tomorrow morning.

And of course, Pike's Peak Ascent is only about a half marathon in distance where Run Rabbit

is, of course, 100 miles.
