Hey, fam. Welcome to the free trail podcast. Of course, I'm Dylan Bowman here today with

something a little different.

We are making some important changes to our business, including some exciting expansion.

So this is just an episode to make those announcements.

That being the case, it is a little bit self-involved and inward looking.

But my feeling and my hope is that it is important to be

transparent about this stuff and over communicate in the hopes that our transparency helps

the community understand a little bit more about what we're hoping to achieve in both the

short and in the long term. This episode is going to happen in three parts. First, I am going

to read an essay, a manifesto that I wrote recently entitled Chapter 2, Free Trail State of the Union.

And then once I'm done reading, we'll cut to a 15-minute conversation between myself and my two

co-founders of Freed Trail, Ryan Thrower and Harmony Bowman.

Since this is a big moment for us, I thought it was important to include the core team in the conversation where we can

reflect a bit on the past, present, and future of free trail. So I hope you enjoy that. After the talk

with Harmony and Ryan, we'll cut to a third and final segment of the episode where Corinne Malcolm

and I will talk briefly about the new role that she is assuming

within the free trail organization that we are all very excited about.
