Hey everybody Rob Maower here and today we are going to talk a little bit about coronavirus as well as some Tesla news specifically on

model Y quick update on Vins and then a little bit of news in China on a model 3

overall markets were down today as was Tesla Tesla down 2.9% to 703.48 that compared to the NASDAQ down 1.9%.

So let's start out with coronavirus.

I'm sure a lot of people by now have seen Elon's tweet today on the matter

saying quote the coronavirus panic is dumb end quote. Obviously this is a pretty divisive

issue right now. I don't want to get into whether or not I think the panic is

dumb or not but I guess I sort of have to here. I mean my viewpoint is similar to how it's been in the past. I think

whatever panic exists today is again fear of the unknown and as we get further

and further in the coronavirus timeline I think that unknown factor becomes

reduced as we get more answers on how fast this really is spreading

and what the infection rate is mortality rates and progress and timelines on vaccinations, things like that.

Because right now we just don't have a lot of good information and the

spread continues to happen pretty quickly. I mean here's an example from a CNN

reporter kind of laying out the timeline for coronavirus even just today saying

quote, latest CNN reporting 425 p, Minnesota reports first coronavirus case.

520 PM, first coronavirus case in Oklahoma.

635 PM, Connecticut reveals first coronavirus case, 718 PM, first coronavirus case. 718 p.m. first coronavirus case in Kentucky reported.

8.05 p.m. Nebraska reports first coronavirus case.

End quote.

So the case count in the US right now sits above 300

which, yes, that is a small amount of people throughout the entire United States, but again the fear comes from the spread.
