Hello everybody. Um, much to your and my dismay. I am not talking to myself this week. I am

joined by my friend Lauren Elizabeth. Hello. How are you? I'm wonderful. I have done 87 podcast

episodes by my. You know, I, you know, I'm a listener. Okay. And I tell all of my friends that I

listen to their podcast. I say, I don't want to like bring you down. But at the end of the day,

I just need content on and it really has nothing to do with you. Right. It's like I can never

have enough content. So you were on like the, you're on the, what's it called? The jukebox, the,

the rotation. Amazing. You're on the rotation. And it's funny because sometimes I just like when

you're by yourself better. So I feel like I'm in fruiting. Oh, really? Just, it's just a tad.

Like I could just, I like could be here and just listen. See, I feel like I'm intruiting also

for different reasons because I'm just so mortified about the things that I say without repercussions

because I don't have to look at another human looking at me like, whoa, too far girl. Too much.

Yeah. I understand. I understand. So I needed a palette cleanser, which is why I'm so glad you're

here. I feel always telling me I'm a palette cleanser all the time. So we met on a influencer retreat,

which was the weekend that I was really from Instagram. It was at the beginning of a really,

really dark journey for you. Yes. Like the darkest. Did you anticipate that that was going to happen

to me? No, because, okay. So far shadowing. Let me just give everyone like a little bit of like,

from an outsider's point of view that was actually there. You know, you were a witness to the

downfall. I was, I was fully there. I remember being on the beach taking videos of Heather McMan.

And you were like, hmm, like something's not working. And then we were like, right.

Body was trying to follow you. So Jackie, like, I can't find your Instagram. And none of us,

like none of us like said anything about it. We were just like, this is so weird. Like,
