Today we are talking to Cooper tier for the second time on this podcast the last time he was on it was

The very end of 2020 so it's been a long time and a lot has happened if you didn't know Cooper and I were teammates for

Literally one year only back in what was it 2017 2017 2018 on the organ ducts team now

He is a pro runner for Nike. He's accomplished a lot and we talked a little bit about that in this episode

So I don't even know how to begin to describe this conversation

So you're just gonna have to take a listen and I hope you guys enjoy the combo over some cold brew

We also had a little cameo in here from Reed Brown who was also on the organ team when I was there

Him and Cooper were the same year at organ and he is still running for the ducts

But he made a little cameo in the background of the zoom call also

I'm a little sorry in advance because I had quite a few technical difficulties in this episode

Oh my goodness like while he was going on. It was just kind of chaotic

My zoom thing ended in the middle of it and then also when I went to edit it that my audio was like really loud

Which is really weird and it doesn't really happen so I don't know what happened there

And I tried to fix it as best I could but I'm gonna make sure that doesn't happen next time

Also, I wanted to record a video version and I did record the video version on

Zoom but it didn't record my part so it's literally just Cooper's video the entire time

So it just looks weird and then I couldn't post it now I'm sad, but the conversation is still funny regardless

But I'm just practicing it with that so I don't yeah, sorry
