as they brush against your skin. Imagine a breeze with just a tiny hint of a chill, lightly tumbling over your body.

Bringing your body to a comfortable temperature to sleep. The breeze lifts you ever so slightly off the bed

so that it cools the expense of your back, and then gently lays you back onto your sheets. And while the cool breeze softly blows,

Imagine a small mountain stream filled with rocks and cool water running alongside your bed. Oh, You move into the stream, allowing the cool water to flow over your feet and ankles.

And you're pleasantly surprised

how comfortable this makes you feel. Oh, While standing in the stream, you reach down and grab a stone that's smooth and naturally cool from basking beneath the water. You hold the stone in your hand and feel its refreshing chill, soothe your fades. the stone against your face and then your chest and its smooth surface feels restorative and peaceful. A moment later you reach down and cup your hands so the cool stream water flows gently through them. Oh, You cut your hands again.

And this time let the cool water run down your arms. I'm going to. Oh, Now imagine as you're cooling off in the stream, a clear glass and pitcher filled floating in it.

So you pour yourself a glass of the rejuvenating water and savor it as it slides down your throat,

gently cooling you from the inside. Oh, You sit on a large rock that j nestled under the shady canopy of several oak trees. trees and wild relaxing on your rock.
