So I was asked the following question the other day.

Why do you think people still feel restless and stressed post pandemic?

I was quite surprised to hear the word post in there.

We are still very much living with COVID but it is still causing a lot of disruptions and

of course there are still deaths from this virus.

Many folks, myself included, thought that once the lockdowns were lifted, life would continue

as normal.

And that's not really what happened.

I personally felt this underlying sense of when's the next disaster going to hit.

Unfortunately, the world we live in continues to be quite challenging.

There is a fair amount of uncertainty about the future and this sense of unease I think

is very present.

So I really don't want to be all doom and gloom.

Please don't beat yourself up or feel guilty if you're feeling anxious or restless or

frustrated that you don't feel 100%.

You're not alone.

I struggled hugely at the start of the year.

I could not get over how tired I felt and I tried really hard to resist it.

And being honest, I still feel pretty exhausted.

Our nervous system has been on high alert for a long time and we need time to heal and
