0:34.0	Yeah, so please tell us a little bit about your story.
0:38.0	This is a family-owned-operated business and I saw you worked one or two other places before when I was going to your
0:45.7	LinkedIn but I want to hear more about your journey your parents journey and the company that you all created.
0:54.0	Yeah that sounds good. You know at a high level we design, build and rent apartments
1:00.0	but we're really focused in driving down the cost construction.
1:05.0	They're achieving about a 20 to 30 percent reduction.
1:08.0	Those construction costs, and we believe that someday we can achieve a 50 percent reduction, but imagine what that means.
1:14.8	That would mean someday your rent or mortgage payment could be half.
1:18.4	And that's their dream as an organization.
1:20.8	You know, my parents originally started this business so I grew up with it. I was on site
1:26.4	picking up nails and hammers and sweeping floors. In fact there are pictures of me and cribs on a construction site.
1:34.4	Oh my gosh.
1:35.4	I'm not sure if that's entirely illegal, but that was my life growing up.
1:40.2	And while we were growing up, my parents actually lost everything.
1:44.3	And at one point, my dad was actually kidnapped in Peru, believe it or not.
1:49.5	We bounced back from that and I went off to college. and the one thing that I knew for certain is that I
