And a couple weeks ago, I did this bonus training for folks who were with me in this live consistency code training that I did.

And the bonus training was on 10 mindset upgrades that you're going to need for consistency.

One of them, I wanted to touch on today because it is a powerful one.

And it is to transform mistakes with initiation.

Transform mistakes with initiation.

So often, when we perceive that we have made a mistake, we stop in our tracks and then we go right into looking back at that thing that we did and reviewing how we feel about it.

Even though that's not a conscious process, we're like, oh, why did I do that? What is wrong with me?

I said I was going to do something different. Why did I do that again?

And we are very reflective.

And it almost stops us in our tracks with either judgment or shame, disappointment, transforming mistakes with initiation means that when you make a mistake, and this is going to happen a lot, we are humans.

There's nothing wrong with mistakes.

Our opportunity is in how we respond to them.

When you make a mistake, see it as a blank slate as an open door to say, okay, now what?
