Hello there. Welcome back to the Primal Potential Podcast and our consistency 365 series.

I am Elizabeth Benton. This is where we identify the things that get in the way of consistency.

0:14.7

When we know what to do and we really want to do it, how do we show up in those moments

0:19.8

where we're not in the mood or circumstances present challenges and obstacles? How do

0:26.1

we make sure that we are consistent no matter what is happening around us? A lot of you

1:51.8

when we feel an emotional reaction to something that happens. Hold on a moment. Before I just

1:59.5

rush to a pattern of response, before I just rush to fear or assumption, let me see who

2:08.0

you are and what you represent. Before you react to that text message, that email, that

change of plans, take a minute, slow down and consider it objectively. Take off the filter
