| 0:43.1 | And I've talked a lot lately about how the conversation is the relationship. |
| 0:47.7 | The conversation you have with yourself about food determines, dictates the relationship |

| 0:54.3 | And so if you're saying, I'll start tomorrow, it is that conversation that is the catalyst |

| 1:01.8 | And so often we focus on habit change, but then we get in the way of executing that habit |

| 1:11.9 | So what's been on my mind is the how, how do we start to have other conversations when |

| 1:31.3 | The key here is slowing down. |
| 1:36.6 | Slowing down in how you think, slowing down the speed of your choices. |
