I want you to look for choices that are better, not easier.

And I want you to look for choices that bring fulfillment, not comfort.

Better, not easier, fulfillment, not comfort.

A lot of times we are drawn to what feels easy, right?

It's easier to order out than to prepare that meal we said we would do.

Start to become somebody who looks for the choice that is better, not the choice that is easier.

Work on it.

Life is going to serve you up million opportunities to practice every single day.

So start to look for small choices.
