| 0:50.4 | thing. And I think as a business owner, it's really powerful to say I'm |
| 0:53.7 | building it to this. And this is what I'm working for. I don't have to then move |
| 0:59.3 | the goalpost to the next greatest thing. Like then, then I can step back and have |
| 1:04.7 | the freedom from this thing that I built. Now how that relates so perfectly and |
| 1:11.2 | appropriately to our pursuit of consistency is a lot of times we are chasing |

| 1:31.4 | mind and how I screwed this up so bad is I knew I wanted to lose weight and so I |
