| 0:09.6 | The other night I was on a coaching call in the consistency course and there was somebody |
| 0:15.9 | who shared that they know what to do but they're not doing it. |
| 0:21.6 | And the primary reason they use for not doing it is circumstances. |
| 0:28.5 | I think we can all relate to that in some way shape or form whether it is our stressful |
| 0:33.3 | job or our kids or caring for parents or an injury. |
| 0:42.4 | It's not the circumstances that are the problem. |
| 0:45.6 | It's the beliefs that you hold about the circumstances because as I shared the other night I guarantee |
| 0:51.8 | there's somebody with the same circumstances as you and you're using them to disqualify |
| 0:56.9 | you from taking action and making progress but there's somebody else with the same circumstances |
| 1:02.9 | and they're getting it done. |
| 1:05.6 | Now that doesn't mean that you have to, it doesn't mean that you can't take a day off, |
| 1:09.3 | it doesn't mean you can't throw a pity party, you can do all of those things. |
| 1:12.6 | But if you are somebody who wants to be making progress and doesn't want to keep letting |
| 1:17.7 | life get in the way, I want to tell you this. |
| 1:21.4 | Your circumstances do not have to change for the beliefs you hold about them to change. |
| 1:28.8 | I absolutely have moments where I feel like it's impossible to work out consistently with |
| 1:34.4 | multiple businesses and being a landlord and having three young kids. |
| 1:38.0 | But I also know that there are many people who have young kids, who have more kids, who |
| 1:43.6 | have more demanding schedules and they're still getting it done. |
| 1:47.2 | And I want to be more like that person. |
