| 0:00.0 | Hello, everybody. Welcome back to the Primal Potential Podcast. I am Elizabeth |
| 0:05.7 | Benton. This is another episode in our consistency 365 series. I want to tell |
| 0:11.9 | you today that you have to expect a lack of enthusiasm about your goals, about |
| 0:19.4 | your journey and have a plan in place to respond. When you have that funk of |
| 0:28.8 | like, I don't even care, I'm not into this anymore. Where did my motivation go? |
| 0:32.1 | Where did my drive go? You can expect that it will wane. You can expect that it |

| 1:21.7 | just every day looking forward to going out there and seeing what is new and |
| 1:24.5 | different. Look, you might love gardening and it's always exciting to you, but |
| 1:28.4 | you can think of anything else that once it's not novel anymore, once the |
| 1:34.2 | initial enthusiasm wears off, you feel differently about it. It becomes a chore at |
| 1:40.0 | some point. That is not a problem. That is not a problem. It can feel like a |
| 1:47.2 | problem when you execute based on how you feel about executing. And when you're |
| 1:54.3 | in the mood, you do it and when you're not in the mood, you don't expect a lack |
