Hey, everybody, welcome back to the Primal Potential Podcast.

I am Elizabeth Benton this is our

consistency 365 series these are many episodes that air between our full-length

episodes on Mondays and Saturdays to help us all develop the habit of seeing the opportunities that exist every day,

every single day to make progress. Not when we have enough time, not when we're

at home, not when vacations over, not when the kids go back to school every single day there is something we can do to make progress and move the needle we just have to become people who look for those opportunities and take those opportunities and that's what this series is about.

Little spoiler here. This series was a year-long series and we're coming up on the end of it with

episode 365 of this series but I want to share some exciting news

before we get into today's message. I'm going to start, I've already started, my

third book based on this series we've been doing, based on the

ideas presented but also based on the idea of becoming people who seek and

seize the opportunities every day to make progress

instead of waiting for the right time, waiting until we have the bandwidth, waiting till we're

motivated, and as I write it, I'm going to be sharing as I write inside the consistency course.

I've already started doing that.

I already shared the first one last week and I plan on sharing something new with them every

week as I go through this writing process so if you're

not with me in the consistency course I hope that you will think about it but this

this idea for today's episode actually came from a sermon that I was listening to at church.

And my pastor said this, and boy do I think we all need to hear it.
