| 0:11.2 | I had a conversation with one of my clients the other day and she said, well good news |
| 0:17.5 | is I've kind of started over and she went on to explain that she had been doing really |
| 0:23.3 | well and then something came up she was out of her routine for a few days and so she started |

| 1:54.8 | going to pick a pace and we're going to jog and stay on that pace but I get distracted or I get |
| 2:01.0 | a little winded and I fall off that pace. So I go back to the beginning and I start again because you |
| 2:07.5 | know I didn't stay on the pace. That is such a different approach than just realizing you're not |
| 2:16.5 | on the pace and picking up the pace without going back to the beginning. It's a wildly different |
