never finish. Before that was a pattern, it was a perspective. What I mean by that is all of our

behaviors flow directly from the stories we tell ourselves about them.

So before anything ever becomes a problem behavior, there was a belief, there was a thought,

there was a story that made you decide this is the appropriate course of

action this is the way I'm gonna respond this is the choice I'm gonna make

before it was a belief, it was a belief.

So today I want you to think about what is that pattern and what do I have as perspectives that fuel it. For example,

after the twins were born, this is the twins birthday week so they're on my mind.
