posted something along these lines and I sort of just adjusted it a little bit but basically

what he was saying and I completely agree with it is that at some point your health

is going to be a priority. Maybe right now your job is the priority but at some point in

your life your health will be a priority and it will either because be because

you made that decision to make your health a priority and you got there

proactively of your own choosing or your health will be a priority because you were forced there because of the consequences of not having it as a priority, right?

So you're either going to step into this place

I'm not making excuses anymore, I'm not playing the game of not today,

maybe tomorrow, I'm too busy, I'm too stressed the game of not today maybe tomorrow I'm too busy I'm too stressed I deserve it this one thing won't hurt or

You're gonna get to a point in your life where all of those years of that kind of choice catches up with you and now you have no

option but to have your health be a priority because something is wrong.
