episodes because we all need to take a few intentional moments out of each day to say, hey, what

am I going to do to move the needle today, even if I only have a few minutes?

A couple days ago, we talked about how we have to challenge the way we see things,

that we can't continue to think and perceive the way we have been and expect

different results. We can't continue to drive down old roads and think that

they're going to take us to new places and I wanted to double down on that today and I wanted to say to you that we all

have our bag of tricks if you will our bag of justifications our bag of

excuses the I can do it tomorrow, I can do it later,

I'm gonna eat this so that it's no longer here to tempt me, I've been pretty good anyway,

I'm gonna start XYZ plan tomorrow.

All of these stories, these are our convenient little bag of tricks,

and our bag of tricks is reflected in where we are.
