direction. I love this idea that while sure we can sprint and muscle our way to anything for a short

period of time, those approaches generally cause burnout and long-term energy staying in the game for the long haul

that idea that we call consistency it comes from alignment.

A lot of times when we go in these short bursts of inspired action that don't last,

we're not aligned. We're fighting against something we don't want. So maybe we tried on a

pair of jeans and we were horrified that we couldn't even button them or we have an event coming up and we have nothing to wear and that

leads to this short burst of inspired action that fizzles out almost as fast as it

started that is coming because you are fighting against something

That's not alignment.

If we want to be consistent over the long haul and not only create results but maintain the results that we create,
