Yesterday I shared with you maybe it was a couple days ago, that I got a message from a

listener who felt that me currently choosing for my own goals and my own health, no sugar, was extreme.

And though I don't feel it's extreme, extreme is relative,

it is not extreme for me and it might be extreme for somebody else.

The only difference in what I'm doing now compared to what I've always done is a higher degree of consistency.

Same exact process of life, but I dialed up consistency

and that slight in consistency that's only a degree or two has

made a massive difference not only in my postpartum weight loss,

I went from not getting results and maintaining
