And today I wanted to share one of the strategies that helps me tremendously with the execution

of consistency and I was sharing this just the other day with somebody in the consistency

And she was explaining to me that when she is in her routine, it's great.

But as soon as she is out of her routine, traveling, holidays, weekends, et cetera, she

feels like the wheels fall off the bus.

And she was saying that the routine is totally locked down and she doesn't struggle with

that at all.

But every single time she tries to make that routine happen in other circumstances, other

settings on vacation on the road, not feeling well, it just doesn't happen for her.
