Yesterday, we talked about telling the whole truth, which is so incredibly important.

What I want to talk about today is staying connected to your goals.

I know for me, I've been setting goals for as long as I can remember.

I would say that when I haven't met those goals, I absolutely, without question, have

not been consistent in revisiting those goals regularly enough.

So maybe I set the goal at the start of the year or the start of the month and I think

about it every day for a while and then I don't.

Maybe I think about it once a week.

Maybe I think about it every few days, but at some point when I am unsuccessful, I have

stopped revisiting that goal every day throughout the day.

Now right now, as you know, I'm on a postpartum weight loss journey.
