the dramatic majority of the time. You have a way out. You have options. You have choices.

Stop believing that you're stuck. You are only stuck if you have no way out. You're not

stuck because change feels hard. You're not stuck because you haven't done it yet. You're

a pattern even if it feels hard. You can ask for help where you've been trying to do it

a situation where somebody has no way out. A lot of times the problem is just that you're

telling yourself you're stuck, not that you're actually stuck. You're literally one,

two, three great choices away from feeling better than you feel right now. Which means

you're five minutes away from feeling better than you feel right now. Maybe this needs to be

something that you write on the front of your journal. Maybe this is something that you need to

put in your calendars or remind your daily or write it on your bathroom mirror or stick it on

the dash of your car. But the truth is whether you want to believe it or not that you are only stuck

if you have no way out. Ask for help. Show strength that feels uncomfortable. Make a choice
