of letting life get in the way of our goals.

It is so easy to let your lack of time, a long day at work, a stressful situation to

let that talk you out of consistency.

How do we break that pattern?

That is what this mini series is all about.

And today I want to share with you, I was thinking about this recently, I might have touched

on it in the last few weeks, but I'm not a fan of scary movies, I am the kind of person

who will watch 90% of it under a blanket, not seeing any of it because I just don't like

to see scary things.

But I've seen enough of them from underneath my blanket to know that the one thing you

don't do is run upstairs, right?

If you are the star of a scary movie, you don't run upstairs.

It seems like this is the cliché thing in horror movies where somebody is being chased

and you know they're doomed when they go upstairs.

And it's so easy to sit from the outside and be like, don't go upstairs, like don't

you know this, don't go upstairs.

And we almost operate this in other areas of life too, it's so easy to look at what

somebody else is doing and look at the choices they're making and be like, don't do that

...
