Hello, everybody. Welcome back to the Primal Potential Podcast. I am Elizabeth Benton.

I hope you're having a great day today. We are talking about money today, and I personally

believe that money, a relationship with money, how it evolves over time is a really important

part of health, physical health, mental health, emotional health. I think it's a big part

of it. I know not everybody feels that way, and of course, that's fine, right? There's

a lot of perspectives that I have, and they're not right or wrong, but I feel strongly

that we all need to talk about money more. And I grew up in a house where we didn't

really talk very much about money. I mean, aside from the obvious, my mom talked about

saving money and not spending more than you make and being responsible, but that was

kind of it. There weren't specifics, and I know that in a lot of cultures, it's kind

of taboo to talk about money. You don't talk about politics, you don't talk about money,

you don't talk about religion, and I want to break those chains. I really want, in my

own life, in my friendships with my children, and here on the podcast, I want to talk more
